Fostering Inclusivity and Supporting LGBTQ+ Employees in the Workplace

As we celebrate Pride Month this June, it’s important that we show our commitment to fostering inclusivity and supporting employees from all backgrounds, races, genders, and sexual orientations at Inc & Co. This topic is not just a matter of business ethics for us; it is personal and deeply important to our company and our owners.

Supporting our employees is a top priority for us, and as someone who is part of the LGBTQ+ community this is a topic close to home that i’ve wanted to ensure we support since day one. We understand the unique challenges and discrimination that LGBTQ+ individuals face in both their personal and professional lives, and we aim to not only be allies but also advocates for their rights and well-being.

Supporting LGBTQ+ individuals in the workplace is vital for their mental health and overall well-being.
