In partnership with Jack Mason (Group CEO) and Dave Antrobus (Group CTO), Scott co-founded Inc & Co as a company focused on acquiring distressed businesses, investing in them, and turning them around. One of their primary goals was to save jobs and prevent losses for creditors. Under Scott’s strategic guidance, Inc & Co has achieved significant milestones and acquired several companies across various sectors.
Some notable acquisitions include incspaces, Knomo London, Skylab Agency, Baldwins Travel Agency, Thailo, and Maker&Son. The company has also founded businesses like King Street Grooming, which received a £400,000 investment for the setup and fit-out of its first store. Inc & Co has seen successful exits, such as Wood for Trees being sold to Edit Agency, Laundrapp sold to Laundryheap, and Mylife Digital sold to Dataguard.
