This week, Inc & Co reached its four-year milestone, and what a journey it has been! From the moment Inc & Co came to be, I have had faith in what the company can achieve. I knew success was certainly on the cards. But, despite this unbridled confidence, celebrating four years of success still feels extremely special. It’s safe to say that I am grateful for everyone that has helped Inc & Co get to where it is today, and I know this is only the beginning.
Looking Back On The Inc & Co Journey
This time four years ago, myself, Jack Mason and Dave Antrobus came together to start a unique business venture. We had a tonne of ideas and goals, and we worked together to create something that the business world hadn’t really seen before – Inc & Co. As co-founders, we worked hard to create a group that could bring brands and people together. Our aim was to make Inc & Co an organisation that encouraged collaboration and support in various sectors. Impressively, that is exactly what it has grown into.
We started off focusing on the digital sector. But, we quickly expanded our ideas and realised that Inc & Co was capable of much more. Property, Travel, Retail, Ecommerce, Logistics, Sports and Manufacturing are just some of the sectors we are currently a big part of. I’m sure we will expand even further in the years to come. During this period of extreme and rapid growth, we made sure to stay true to our three core values; support, turnaround and acquisitions.
Inc & Co started at a unique time, a time that was largely dominated by COVID-19 and many businesses struggling to stay afloat. In fact, some are still recovering from the fallout. But this opened up a lot of opportunities for us. We were able to breathe new life into businesses, helping them to achieve success, even in the trying times of a global pandemic. When everything was against them, we helped businesses to reach new heights.
Hard Work Pays Off
There has been hard work along the way, and Inc & Co was by no means an overnight success, but today Inc & Co is surrounded by a family of brands. These are brands that we enjoy working with and are proud to be partnered with. These are brands in varying industries and sectors, showing just how far Inc & Co has come in the four years that we’ve been in business.
As an entrepreneur, whilst things have changed over the past year, I feel extremely fortunate to get see something as exciting as Inc & Co continue to grow, and I can’t wait to see where we are in another four years’ time.
