incspaces officially opens at 2 Mount Street

2022 might be drawing to a close, but the team at incspaces are already planning for well into 2023 and beyond with the launch of their newest site right in the heart of Manchester City Centre, 2 Mount Street.

Located right next to Albert Square, the usual home of the Manchester Christmas markets and famous town hall, clients can now enjoy all 5 floors of this iconic building with expertly designed private offices and coworking desks, as well as contemporary meeting rooms, and a top floor event space with breathtaking views of the city.

Investment company Kinrise, who are behind the multi-million-pound regeneration of the estate, say; “Built in 1872 and designed to complement Manchester Town Hall, this fabulous Grade II listed building is now home to incspaces. We are delighted to see they have already signed tenants to once again bring this iconic & beautiful building alive”.

This year incspaces had fantastic success with their building at 24 King William Street which sold out shortly after opening, and we are all expecting a similar result with 2 Mount Street as clients will look to move in, in early 2023

All members of incspaces benefit from their unique range of benefits, including discounts to other Inc & Co brands, and access to their other sites including One Embankment and The Riverside in Leeds, and the newly opened 24 King William Street in London.

If you would like to arrange a viewing or get in contact to discuss more about their latest site, please visit incspaces.co.uk and reach out to a member of the team
